My question is, why is survivors pulled by facebook when his is allowed to stay up. Does Facebook find it OK for an individual to scam, use facebook to collect funds and act as a non profit when he is not, commit mail fraud, publish personal details, harass individual members by writing up  hate lists etc etc etc. I guess it does!!

This is the post that set off the ~ stay or should I go post~ by Gary James on A4cwsn yesterday- 11 March 2013!! Normally I would post a link to that post , but despite saying he would leave it up for 2 whole days, it barely made 1 day!!

For those who missed the comments on the post before he deleted them, here it is! This is what he DID NOT want you to see!

 He is so concerned about it he tries to deflect the whole argument onto 'fraud', 'hacking' and 'steeling' (sic).

The question  that people need to ask themselves is, why does he keep deleting posts? Why does he not want people to know that he LIED about traveling  "across the pond' to the UK???

Watching today's train wreck on A4cwsn today There was one question that I kept asking myself. Why can these special needs moms and dads not see the frighteningly obvious! Why can they not see the stinking great big elephant in the room?

We have proved beyond a doubt that Gary James is not beyond lying! When he claimed he was in the UK he wasn't! But don't take our word for it just in case we manipulated the details. We proved that VSP was de-registered a day after he claimed it was his non profit. Only then did he admit that he wasn't going ahead with VSP. He un-publishes the page without warning leaving A4cwsn members concerned and worried. Occasionally he disappears for days without warning and does not tell anyone where he is. In 2011 people were so concerned they were calling his cell phone!!

He constantly claims he will be leaving A4cwsn which is usually followed by cries of "please don't leave...where will we get an iPad from!!!" I will admit when i found this screenshot I had to look twice as it seemed so familiar!! But it is from January 2012.

So I ask myself again, armed with all the knowledge that is out there today, why do people insist on not seeing him for what he truly is??

I see educators, special needs parents, family members all posting how much they love him. Admittedly some admit they are fairly new to the whole A4cwsn scene!!
But is the promise of an iPad so great that they are willing to overlook his background.
I can understand the people who defended him in 2011...nobody had had the guts to get out there and write about who he is. Now the evidence is quite clear. 
There is an Attorney general investigation which at first he tried to say was another of the haters lies.

So why are we ney sayers, sore losers and evil doers? Most of us never asked Gary for anything. I personally only donated money and gave my time...others on the survivor page were admins who spent a lot of their own money and time.
These people who turn up at times like this and when ipads are on offer, very rarely post or even hang out on the page yet are happy to vouch for his goodness and honesty!! Really people! Do these people even know that once upon a time, before they even knew of Gary James's existence, that these women were praised by Gary for helping to created A4cwsn into what it was as a community!

Don't you think that the admins know something about him that you do not know. Ever wonder why the admins seems to be dropping like flies from A4cwsn??
Do you ever stop to think why Gary keeps blocking people and deleting questions if he has nothing to hide?

Quiet. Master manipulator at work

We have all see in the past couple of weeks how Gary James is quite manipulative. Just yesterday it was confirmed that the whole time he was meant to be holidaying in the UK, house hunting and such, he was actually in Connecticut, watching his page and G-d alone knows what else, from the comfort of his home office.
So one is left to ponder how many lies has he actually  created. Did big brother Brian really visit his home, did the Connecticut version of CPS really visit his home, did the police officers he named actually strip his children! Was his letter box run over and then did someone place threatening letters in it.
A man who lies about traveling overseas is more than capable of lying about everything else!

His biggest manipulation of late had to be the so called email offering $25,000 by one Francine Oliver. I received an email the day before from 'Francine' and at the time actually thought it was Gary as I had seen the comment on the A is 4 anon blog by 'Francine'. So I refused to touch it. But surprise surprise guess who posts about it the next day and proceeds to blame the Survivor community for the said email. Gee gosh never saw that one coming!!

 He produced a vimeo video explaining why Bea is the sender of the emails. If she is or isn't doesn't concern me. We only have his word that it was an email sent by Bea Hall. But this is not what concerns me.
The first problem I have is that he releases Bea's address information, that should have been confidential, to the world. He has since made the  vimeo movie private which happened after it was pointed out that it was a violation of the terms and agreements of her signing up for an iPad with A4cwsn.

The biggest problem is that the whole Vimeo video was a BIG set up. Every image on that computer was staged.
You'll notice how easily the ex A4cwsn members saw what looked like an IM at the bottom of the screen talking about getting a BJ. So easy it was posted on the survivor page.
 He knew we would notice it because we all know his very dodgy background.

Most of us have seen or heard about the famous home movie that he sent to an ex A4cwsn member in 2011. It was a SHORT movie thank fully but not one anyone would forget in a hurry!!

So naturally we mentioned it on survivor as he hoped it would be. His explanation on his page when someone asked him. It wasn't an IM but a twitter he received supposedly from Bea.

Now I don't agree with the twitter. It serves no purpose at all. But again Gary james just loves a bit of drama and loves to manipulate even more. He wanted us to see the letters BJ.  The copy of the original twitter  the letters BJ are not high lighted yet on his computer they are.
What sort of businessman/charity/non-profit invites that sort of drama onto his facebook page week after week?
A normal businessman would have sent an email back to 'Francine' and if he thought she was a fake politely told her so and proceeded to contact the police. But no! Not Gary James. He gets off on drama created by A4cwsn. There has been drama on the page since day 1. First it was Joan, now it is Francine.

So now onto Joan...poor Joan who has NEVER stepped forward to reveal her true identity!
she first rears her controversial head on the 10th of June 2011 by simply stating she believes A4cwsn is a big paid advertising site. Big deal but not to Gary James.

He just cannot let the drama go. I doubt Joan exists actually. I wonder now if she is a creation of his own need for th edramatic!! I think he creates drama because that is what he lives for. A normal businessman would simply walk away from another persons opinion posted as a comment on an article or simply reply to it on the blog or the article. I have yet to see any other individual on Facebook act quite like Gary James.

Back in 2011 his dramas were simple, but bythe end of  December 2011 they had evolved to a mind boggling hate list of women who had walked away from A4cwsn after being blocked for asking for transperancy, asking a simple question or asking him to back off and clam down after attacking individuals. Posting a list such as that is the best example of drama I can show you! What other sort of situation can such a post create.

Sunsuper, which should have been a positive thing for the A4cwsn community, was created into a drama as well with him calling it a scam. 

Forget searching for all this information on the A4cwsn pages. Most of it has been deleted or hidden from the timeline. Find old cached links and have a look around. I am sure you will see a pattern emerge.
 Oh...and did I mention the terminal cancer he had back in 2011!!

He lied! How unusual!

Please take note of the dates. At first Mr Gary James refused to  sign for the letter. But USPS made him sign for it in the end. Please take note of the TIME!! This is why there are no photos of Merry old England...he was in Merry old Connecticut the whole time......
A big thanks goes out to  Lisa Neely who sent of the letter unaware he was heading off to England. This is what she had to say on survivors:

It was a certified letter revoking my permission to use any of my personal information for any purpose and also demanding that he remove my personal information from any and all databases he has. My husband sent him an email with the same letter attached, which he received on Thurs. the 28th. The day before this letter was sent. Even if you decline to accept the letter, which looks to be the case, he is required to sign showing delivery... which he did on March 4th. I have to go to the PO on Monday for a print out and full documentation.... I didn't know if he was going to the UK or what, when I typed up this letter and sent it. Big Brother Brian and VSP INC

 If you were around in early February you might have noticed Gary James announcing the arrival of big Brother Brian James, the ex CEO of the Rotherham Trust NHS in the UK. There was no fanfare in Gary style like there usually is....One day during posting he mentioned this:

Fanfare please...after all it has been some years apparently since Brian James has visited the fair Isles of the Americas. And of course what do you do when you haven't seen for years?? Touring, hanging out, show him off to family and friends, quality family time!! Really...that's what I would do but apparently he is in the US to plot and scheme about the future of A4cwsn. Quality family time apparently = working out the future of A4cwsn! Still waiting for the family photos which usually are posted around events like this. We got photos of snow and a man in a furry coat  but no Brian :(

Now we all know that in 2011 it was announced that Brian James was to be the brains behind Gary's new baby VSP INC which was meant to be the 501(c)(3). For the interest of consistency I will include the screenshot and the link to the conversation from Facebook concerning A4cwsns first board meeting! take some time to have a read. It is quite interesting to read. Because I have the link I have decided not to cover the name of Gary's lawyer. Gary wanted his mother on the board also but was quickly told it might look like too many family members were involved, so Jessica was added in.

 Now Brian, been the busy retiree that he is, only stayed from February 4th (pm) until Monday the 10th (PM)    (Ignore my time stamps...The screenshot were done in Australia and we are a day ahead)

 The one thing that bugged me about these posts was that there was  a lot of talk about A4cwsn's future but poor little  VSP INC seems to have been ignored! Now we know that the 501(c)(3) has yet to be issued and it will be a full year since it was applied for very soon. He tried to tell us it was his choice, that he was puting a halt to the 501(c)(3) status. 
Interestingly enough, I was told that Very Special Peoples status as a charity has now expired. So I took a peek. And wow. Yes it has!

Now gary James was going to announce something about VSP but decided to hold it of until the first of March.(see post below)

Conveniently he flew off to the old country on the 1st of March! But before he left he reminded us of VSP's status. Just didn't tell us what he was going to announce on the 1st of March!!

The next day VSP ceased to exist as an entity. It no longer had it's certificate of Charitable Organization! (ignore the time stamp on the post. it should be the 27th...it just happened to be the 28th in Australia)

So, onto Brian James, one of the most successful CEO of a large European Establishment. I have a feeling the kind Folk of the The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust might not quite agree with that description. Actually one not so mainstream English online rag had this to say:

Now after all that, I am beginning to wonder if Brian James's visit was as fake as Gary's to the UK?!
My interest was peeked when I realized that all the posts between the second of February 2013 and february 16 have been hidden from the timeline. I say hidden and not deleted because the snow photos still exist via the photos but not the timeline. I have provided a screenshot below  of the missing chunk of posts. i got the same result on 3 browsers.

My only question is what is he up to? Why fake a visit to the UK, why possibly fake a visit by his brother? Why lead the A4cwsn community astray about VSP Inc's future?  He knows the 501(c)(3) is unlikely to be granted.  Why hide entire chunks where Brian's visit is reported? Is there something online proving his brother Brian, to be elsewhere at the time!!!
Does his brother Brian James, the ex CEO of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, even realize, what little brother Gary James is even up to? Brian had better pray an English tabloid does not get wind of what is going on, because the reporters will smell blood and go for the throat!

Where's Waldo?

So Gary Went off to the UK, house hunting, Flying Virgin Airlines apparently!

 

But there was no mention of a return date at all. The attention hungry Gary didn't think he would be able to make a charity auction though. Hmmm...I wonder why?

It must be super boring in the UK because a couple of days ago he scheduled his return flight. Yipee, he is/was coming home in 2 weeks time. Guess he could find a decent Indian in the UK :(

But Beulah's admission that Gary James is a cyber cross dresser and peeper/creeper created a need to 'return' earlier than expected. Stuff the decent curry search, someone has to take control of the page again. He has barely managed a full week in the UK. These James brothers don't like to visit for long. If memory serves me correct Brian was only in Connecticut for 5/6 days.

 I must say, I am sad that he has not posted any photos of his rather short UK stay. I would love to see photos of Gary James eating a curry, gary James tucking into fish and chips, Gary James having a pint at the local. I was also rather disappointed that Gary took no photos of big brother Brian (and VSP board member) when he visited The States in early February. He only took a photo of snow and him in a big eskimo coat :( 

When my husband had to race to the States to help his mom out after Superstorm Sandy he always managed to find wifi. He even face-booked me from the plane!! It was great to see where he was all the time because of the geo locator on the phone!!

Ok I admit it. Like most of us I Don't actually believe Gary is in the UK...and he is certainly not in the UK house hunting. Mind games Gary, really, is this how you treat your loyal subjects?
I think he is in his basement at home (or whatever hidy hole serves as his office), huddling over the computer, pretending to be ~ A4 Admin.

Gary James as a creature of habit. He cannot stay away from his page A4cwsn. He  has to have the ability to keep an eye on things. he has to have control.Even if he was visiting overseas, he would be online checking in. They do have internet services overseas, even in the the Bristish Isles!! There would be photos, just like there were during the 50/50/50 tour in 2011. And constant updates. And assuming he left the kids and wife at home, complaints about missing them. 

 And this is not the first time he has dropped off the radar. During the 50/50/50 tour A4cwsn moms were hysterical wanting people to ring his mobile to make sure he had not run off the raod or had an accident.  I am sure his wife was sick of it when he finally surfaced again! He told the admins of A4cwsn at the time he was having cancer treatment but most of us believe he was in Vegas spending donated dollars.

The general belief was that he had blown the money in Vegas and needed to get in more donations  in quick. Usually I am a evidence base sort of gal but I trust what the admins were saying at the time.
So seriously Gary james, if you want to convince the special needs community you were overseas, post the photo's. We would love to see a photo of you eating a curry at your local Indian, or having a pint down at the pub. A couple of Brian when he visited would be nice also......

Peeping Gary!

I am going to add a warning here. Usually I am more than happy to block out a persons name when blogging, except Gary's of course! But today I will do, what I never thought I would. I have taken the time to think long and hard and have consulted quite a few people regarding not blocking out this person's name.
 So today I will not be blocking out Beulah Wuelner's name from the blog. I think it is important, so that people can see the seriousness of her actions.
 I am a great believer in 'owning' what you say and owning your actions. Stop hiding behind the delete button. Understand the ramifications of allowing someone to use your profile to snoop. Understand the culture of bullying it has helped to perpetuate. Don't laugh it off. Gary James has a history of Internet bullying and lying. He admitted to it in a  Miami Dade court room. And you, Beulah, allowed this man to attack fellow members of the special needs community, by allowing him access to your account!?  One word SICK!


 When I read today's posts on A4cwsn that suggested that Gary used A4cwsn members private profiles (PLURAL) to spy on other A4cwsn members, ex members and developers I was not remotely surprised. Most of us have heard the rumors for quite some time concerning Gary James and his ability to convince A4cwsn members to allow him to use their profiles! Which by the way is totally 'illegal'
This is bullying from him in the most extreme. When you cannot feel safe on your own facebook page amongst your friends something is critically wrong.
Gary has created a community based on suspicion and fear. For outsiders this may seem hard to understand but this is how it is. If you drop by on A4cwsn as a casual visitor you will probably miss it. If you are looking in everyday during the correct hours you really cannot miss it.
This post below was the one which sparked today's controversy!  It was posted as a farewell by a long term A4cwsn member, who just quit A4cwsn after enduring months of bullying and exclusion by that community and Gary James.

 My thanks goes out to Beulah Wuellner for confirming that she did actually allow Gary James to use HER Facebook identity to be a Peeking Tom.  We are not just talking about an individual peoples pages only. We are talking about him just checking out  whomever Beulah had/has on her friends lists, reading her private conversations, checking out groups she may belong to and sending messages to individuals in Beulah's name. I am glad you are so trusting Beulah because I would not have been.

When I read this post  I was actually a little creeped out because it brought all the memories flooding back from early 2012. A Facebook friend happened to mention that Beulah had private messaged back in early 2012 and she was absolutely convinced it was Gary. She had previously conversed with him in pms so knew his writing style. She had never been messaged by Beulah ever.
I have since heard that other, way more disturbing messages exist  between Beulah(Gary) and other A4 members  but cannot go into that. Personally if I was Beulah I would come forth and expose him. He used her in the worst possible way and she allowed him to have a means to abuse and bully other people.

But whilst I find Beulah's actions reprehensible, I find the general reaction from the current A4cwsn community ie Judith, to be unbelievable! Her answer to the sole question of "why would G need to use your page was , "...It happened in the past , so it was ok..." (that question, by the way, was deleted by admin! surprise surprise)
If you believe honey, that he no longer cruises the pages using faithful members facebook pages, think again! I can guarantee he does and he gets off on it. So make sure you never ever say one bad word about him because he will find out!

 A big thanks to Cindy for pointing out that, not only was Beulah committing a FaceBook 'felony', she was also abusing peoples trust!  Sadly, she forgot to mention Gary's role in the whole fiasco! Gary James is relegated to the role of SOMEONE! Oh well...good thing we can all read the screenshots of this now deleted post! But I love your attempt to blame the survivor page for Beulah admitting to her's and Gary's indiscretions! Can't wait for Gary James to get back from his European 'vacation' so he can add his version of events.

But whilst I find Beulah's actions and Judith's response bewildering, I am totally creeped out by the idea of a page admin/charity/business etc needing to use someone elses facebook profile in order to sneak a peak. He really is like a peeping Tom! If he was acting honestly, would he have a need to creep around the Facebook pages of people who had left the community or to check out what app developers were saying about him?? Please elaborate...I forgot what I lied about!!

 A couple of weeks ago, the 18th of february to be exact, Gary James totally lost the plot as we all know. That event is on my blog if you need to see the full rant again! http://a4cwsnsurvivor.blogspot.com.au/2013/02/the-rant.html

It must have been all that snow in Oxford making him stir crazy because he was clearly off the planet in the month of February!

During that rant, a woman called  Mandy was quite clearly concerned about the safety of the children.
 Mandy goes on and on about a letter box that was destroyed and brings up a  threatening letter that she claims he spoke about only 2 weeks before.
It is quite clear that he has NO IDEA as to what she is talking about. But that is no surprise. Liars often forget what mistruths they have told in the past.
 If it was NOT a lie, he would have a clear memory of what he had done previously or events that HAD happened to him and more importantly, his family. It is only when we lie do we forget what we said we did. It is almost impossible to remember a lie as a real life event, especially if you continue to lie, simply because you have no real memory of the event. It never happened!
The post below is the one where he clearly has NO memory of the threats and attack on his mailbox.

I am a "need to see the evidence" sort of gal. So here it is below. The post that Mr James obviously forgot about. The post where he claimed members of the survivor page had threatened his life and the lives of his wife and kids. A post from approximately 2 weeks before! If it had happened to me I for sure wouldn't be forgetting about it in a hurry!

For some people his lies mean nothing. They don't really want to know the truth about the lie! Some people willingly not see the lie themselves and accept a mistruth as fact when the real truth is too painful to handle. That is how it is for a lot of the A4cwsn members. I remember not wanting to know. I was  quite angry at the person who opened my eyes to what was going on. I wanted to believe that a person, who would go around helping out special needs families altruistically, existed!

Mandy however saw right through his lies there and then. How terrible it must have been for her to suddenly realize, that the person she had started to trust so much, was not what he seemed.

Sadly the more I blog, the more I search through pages on the internet, the tweets, the court cases,  the multitude of banned people, FaceBook posts etc, the more it sinks in that an altruistic Gary James, does not exist. He is a figment of people's imagination.  :(
