With the Aust/NZ iPad winners the rules were often ignored. Most of the people who won nobody had even heard of and the amount of winners from South Australia sort of makes it obvious that many were friends with the first Aussie admin Kylie VDH who lived in South Australia. Several stated that they were never online. (see screenshot)  Some never even thanked the A4cwsn community for their gift of an iPad.
