THAT article!

This Article above was released the other day about A4cwsn and Gary james. (see hyperlink above) Not very well researched and relying heavily on statements by Gary James, a lot of former A4cwsn members and admins posted commentary at the end of the article. In rebuttle Mr James came along and made a few more statements. The underlined statements caught my interest immediately. Now what a lot of current A4cwsn members do not realize is that early in 2012 he raised the money  within the community for filing the 501(c)(3) paperwork, the majority being donated by members who wanted to see A4 as a legitimate 501(3)(c) non profit. At the time he claimed to be struggling to pay his mortgage etc.

As you can see he predicted that in March 2012 he would be filing for the 501(c)(3).
In May he declared that the IRS had processed the check for Very Special People Inc. Yet in the article above from the other day  he claims that he had submitted the paperwork in June of 2012. Not March and not May. Interestingly enough he mentioned back in September of 2011 that  he (assuming vsp) was approved for a non profit status!!

He Also claims in the same article that in 2011 A4cwsn was not a business. Yet in the article just above her from the following website: http://www.wtnh.com/dpp/news/education/oxford-man-promotes-ipad-apps-for-special-needs-students#.USWT8aVgJUM  The article states that he started his company in January of 2011.

I would like to point out that as of February 2013 he still DOES NOT have a 501(c)(3)  non profit status.

I have a suggestion for Mr Gary James. When you tell lies and stretch the truth please make sure you remember what you have told people in the past. Otherwise it will come back and bite you in the backside. Hire a secretary to write down what you say...maybe start a chipin for it. I am sure there are lots of people who will help you out. :)
